Abstract: Objective To study the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target in breast cancer. Methods The study subjects were 82 suspected breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to March 2023. All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray molybdenum target. The diagnostic efficacy of color Doppler ultrasound and X-ray molybdenum target alone and in combination was observed and compared. Results Pathological examination showed that there were 45 cases of breast cancer (54.88%) and 37 cases of benign breast lesions (45.12%). Using pathological examination as the gold standard, the accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of color Doppler ultrasound examination are 71.95%, 66.67%, 78.38%, 78.95%, and 65.91%, respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, and negative predictive value of X-ray molybdenum target examination are 80.49%, 80.00%, 81.08%, 83.72%, and 76.92%, respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive values of combined examination are 95.12%, 93.33%, 97.30%, 97.67% and 92.31% respectively. The accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value and negative predictive value of color ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target examination in the diagnosis of breast cancer were higher than those of single examination, statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound combined with X-ray molybdenum target examination can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of breast cancer, and has high application value.
