Progress in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract: As the incidence of obesity, diabetes and so on in recent years gradually increased, the incidence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease rapidly rising. And due to the complexity of its pathogenesis diagnosis difficult Lack of ideal drug and standard treatment, nonalcoholic fatty liver disease has become a major challenge in human health problems, the future may become the main form of chronic liver disease. This article reviews the recent studies on the risk factors, diagnosis and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, and summarizes and analyzes its possible pathogenesis, in order to provide theoretical basis for future studies and improve the cure rate of the disease.
