The breast lump scores and breast pain scores in two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the breast lump scores and breast pain scores of traditional Chinese medicine group were also significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The levels of serum prolactin (PRL) and testosterone (T) in both groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the traditional Chinese medicine group were also significantly lower than that in the control group after treatment (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vertigo, menstrual disorders and gastrointestinal reactions during treatment in the traditional Chinese medicine group was slightly lower than that in the control group, there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05).
