Exploration and Practice of Training Methods for Scientific Research Ability of Academic Graduate Students in Clinical Fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract: Graduate students are high-level talents in the country and a key force in the development of science and technology. In the new era, how to cultivate graduate students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine is a widely concerned issue in society. At present, the cultivation of academic graduate students in the basic discipline of traditional Chinese medicine in China faces many problems, including weak scientific research foundation, the need to strengthen and improve the training mechanism of universities, the need to improve scientific research thinking and awareness, and the lagging infrastructure construction. To improve this situation, this article proposes the following countermeasures: reforming curriculum, optimizing teaching resources, strengthening subject construction, innovating training mechanisms, strengthening self-management, establishing assessment systems, strengthening standardized training, and emphasizing entry safety. The aim is to provide reference for deepening the reform of the training mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine graduate students in China, and further improving the scientific research ability and comprehensive quality of academic graduate students.
