Abstract: Traditional Chinese medicine health preservation is a branch of traditional Chinese medicine that integrates medical culture and physical and mental health care. Many health preservation methods play a significant role in the treatment and health care of the human body. In the absence of professional textbooks, students' emphasis on theory over practice, and weak humanistic awareness, it is particularly important to write school-based textbooks that meet the training goals of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation talents, improve students' clinical practice abilities, and cultivate humanistic spirit. Therefore, based on the actual situation and teaching experience of our school, this study effectively reforms the teaching of the course "Basic Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation". It is hoped that the results of this study can be continuously promoted and applied in future teaching.
