Abstract: Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of Wubei Powder and Xiaoxianxiong Decoction combined with PPI in the treatment of non erosive reflux disease of liver stomach heat stagnation type. Method A total of 92 patients with non-erosive reflux disease of liver and stomach depression heat were selected from the spleen and Stomach Disease Department of Hongze District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Huai 'an City from July 2019 to July 2022. SAS9.2 software was used to randomly divide the patients into 2 groups, 48 in the treatment group and 44 in the control group. The treatment group was given Wubei Powder and Xiaoxianxiong Decoction, take Lansoprazole enteric coated tablets at the same time. Lansoprazole enteric coated tablets in the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks. Observe the changes of symptoms, TCM syndrome scores, Zung Self Rating Anxiety Scale, Zung Self Rating Depression Scale and SF-36 quality of life scores of the two groups before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group. The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the single score of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased significantly, and the four scores of heartburn, acid regurgitation, poststernal burning pain and epigastric burning pain in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS, SDS scores and quality of life scores of patients in the two groups decreased significantly, and the SAS, SDS scores and quality of life scores in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Wubei powder combined with Xiaoxianxiong decoction and PPI can effectively improve the symptoms, psychological status and quality of life of patients with non erosive reflux disease of liver stomach heat stagnation type.
