The main nursing experience of patients with ectopic ossification complicated by lung infection after spinal cord injury includes: staged breathing training to improve respiratory function, glossopharyngeal breathing combined with abdominal shock to promote sputum production, early recognition and nursing intervention of ectopic ossification, empathic nursing combined with relaxation therapy to promote psychological recovery. After active treatment and nursing, the patient's condition was stable, and he recovered smoothly and was discharged from the hospital.
