Application Effect of Individualized Nursing Method in Patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention on improving the quality of life and pain level of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 84 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as research objects and divided into groups. The control group (42 cases) took routine nursing intervention, and the study group (42 cases) added individualized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing intervention. The quality of life (GQOL-74), activities of daily living (BI), visual analogue scale (VAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results After nursing, the scores of GQOL-74 and BI index in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), while the scores of VAS and SDS were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The patients' satisfaction with nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for patients with rheumatoid arthritis can obviously relieve their pain, improve their quality of life and negative emotions, and has high clinical application value.
