Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing intervention on improving vision in diabetic patients with fundus hemorrhage. Methods From January 2020 to December 2020, 100 patients with diabetes and fundus hemorrhage treated in the Lanling County People’s Hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to coin tossing results, 50 cases in each group. The control group implemented routine nursing intervention, and the observation group carried out targeted nursing intervention. The blood glucose index, macular thickness, visual acuity results and quality of life of the two groups were compared before and after nursing, and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention, the blood glucose index of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The macular thickness of patients in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the scores of visual acuity and quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Diabetic patients with ocular fundus bleeding can effectively promote the recovery of vision through targeted nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.
