Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of radiotherapy combined with placental polypeptide injection in patients with bone metastases. Methods 64 patients with bone metastases treated in the first people's Hospital of Pingyuan county from February 2017 to October 2020 were selected as the observation objects. They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 32 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with low-dose(2GY/time ) radiotherapy combined with placental polypeptide injection, while the patients in the control group were treated with conventional dose(3GY/time) Radiotherapy combined with placenta polypeptide injection. The effective rate of disease treatment and the improvement of bone pain were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of disease treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the pain score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of conventional fractionated dose radiotherapy combined with placental polypeptide injection in patients with bone metastases is significant, which can improve the effective rate of disease treatment and pain improvement rate, and has clinical application value.

Objective To explore the clinical effect of vitamin D combined with diet and nutrition intervention in the treatment of children's health maintenance and promotion. Methods From February~2018 to May 2019,320 children with backward height were divided into two groups by double blind method. The control group 160 cases were treated with vitamin D only, the observation group 160 cases were treated with vitamin D and dietary nutrition intervention, and the clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The serum vitamin D level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the average height was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The GMQ and PDI in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The combined application of vitamin D and dietary nutrition intervention in the treatment of children's fitness and high promotion has significant clinical effects and is worthy of promotion.
