Objective To study the effect of alteplase combined with butylphthalide on cerebral vascular reserve function and hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 108 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Laiyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects. After admission, all patients were divided into groups according to random number table method. Both groups were given routine treatments, such as blood lipid, blood pressure control, neuronutrition, free radical elimination, etc. Each group included 54 cases. In the control group, the patients were treated with antithrombotic regimen of alteplase and the patients in the study group were treated with antithrombotic regimen of alteplase combined with butylphthalide. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cerebral vascular reserve function and the role of hemodynamics. Results After treatments, the indexes of cerebrovascular reserve function in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the indexes of mean cerebral blood flow and mean cerebral blood flow velocity in the infarcted area in the study group were higher than those in the Hemodynamics group, the indexes of specific impedance and cerebral vascular resistance were lower in the study group than those in the control group, the degree of neurological impairment in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of activities of daily living (Adl) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Alteplase combined with butylphthalide can significantly improve the cerebral vascular reserve function and hemodynamics function in patients with cerebral infarction. It can effectively alleviate the oxidative stress injury of patients, and is beneficial to the improvement of neurological function and the improvement of the ability of daily living, with feasible treatment.

Objective To explore the application and effect of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction in the treatment of dysuria after prostatectomy in patients with clinical benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods A digital randomization method was used to divide the 108 patients into two groups, with BPH who were unable to urinate after treatment with electrosurgical prostatectomy in Rizhao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to September 2021. Each group included 54 patients. They were given routine treatment and Buzhong Yiqi treatment respectively. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After corresponding treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in group A was significantly lower than the group B’s. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Before treatment, the maximum urine flow (Qmax) of the two groups was comparative, and the analysis of Residual Urinary Volume of Bladder (RUV) and International Prostate Symptoms (IPSS) scores and quality of life showed no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the Qmax and quality of life scores of group B were both significant higher than that of group A, while the scores of RUV and IPSS were significantly lower than that of group A (P<0.05). Conclusion According to the situation of BPH patients with weak micturition after prostatectomy, the application of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can significantly improve the urodynamics of patients, the symptoms of weak micturition, and the quality of life of patients. The overall effect is remarkable, which is worthy of application in clinic.
