Objective
To explore the value of Duhuojisheng Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
Methods
100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine of Dongying Second People’s Hospital from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the Subjects of the study. They were randomly divided into test group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group implemented TCM rehabilitation intervention, and the test group implemented Duhuojisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and knee function of the two groups of knee osteoarthritis patients were analyzed. Differences in the level of serum inflammatory factors and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed as well.
Results
Compared with the test group, the total effective rate was higher, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); the knee joint function score of the test group after treatment was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the serum inflammatory factor level after treatment in the test group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with the test group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Duhuojisheng Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment can improve the treatment effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis, knee joint function and serum inflammatory factor levels, and the test grap has a lower incidence of adverse reactions, which is safe and effective.

Objective
To explore the efficacy and value of Ginkgo biloba extract injection for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
Methods
42 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected from the Department of Neurology, Laiyang Central Hospital, Yantai City. The research started in March,2020 and finished in May,2021. All cases were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table(21 cases in each group). The control group was treated with additional Xingnaojing injection, and the observation group was treated with Ginkgo biloba extract injection. The therapeutic effect, brain function impairment, daily activity, cerebral infarction volume, cytokine level, nerve function factor and serum inflammatory factor were observed before and after treatment.
Results
Analysis of treatment efficacy: the observation group was as high as 95.24%, and the control group was only 66.67%. (P<0.05). After treatment, the observation group had milder brain function deficits, better daily activities, smaller cerebral infarction volume, and lower serum inflammatory factors and neurological function factors than those of control group. Data comparison between the two groups was catistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion
Ginkgo biloba extract injection has a significant effect on the treatment of acute cerebral infarction, which can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the prognosis of patients.
