Construction and Practice of Clinical Medicine Professional Group Curriculum System in Connection with the Big Health Industry Chain

Abstract: The construction of specialized groups is a crucial aspect of vocational education reform, as it enhances educational characteristics, deepens the integration of industry and education, and improves the quality of talent cultivation. Taking the clinical medicine specialized group of Luohe Medical College as an example, this paper delves into how to construct a curriculum system that is closely aligned with the medical and general healthcare industry chain and how to innovate talent cultivation models. It elaborates on the adoption of the "1 platform + N modules" curriculum structure within this specialized group and the unique talent cultivation model characterized by "one path, three connections, and four prescriptions." Furthermore, the paper analyzes the core principles guiding the curriculum construction of specialized groups and the practical achievements of specialized group construction in educational and teaching reform. It aims to provide useful insights for the deep integration of medical vocational education with the medical and general healthcare industry.
