Progress in the Treatment of Herpes Zoster in Primary Medical Institutions With Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract: Herpes zoster is a common painful viral skin disease, which often causes paroxysmal severe pain like needle pricking and seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Primary - level medical institutions face challenges such as misdiagnosis, irregular treatment, and improper treatment in the diagnosis and treatment of herpes zoster. This article reviews the currently available traditional Chinese and Western medical treatment methods for herpes zoster in primary - level medical institutions, aiming to improve the understanding of herpes zoster among medical staff in primary - level medical institutions and provide new ideas for clinical treatment plans.
