Abstract: Objective To review the prospective intervention research on mechanical thrombectomy for blood pressure management in AIS. Methods A total of 10 Chinese and English databases were searched from the establishment of the database to April 1, 2024. Results A total of 13 studies were included, of which 7 were completed studies and 6 were ongoing studies. There were 12 randomized controlled trials and 1 cohort study. The intervention protocols consisted of 7 intensive blood pressure lowering regimens, 4 personalized blood pressure management strategies, and 2 blood pressure raising regimens.
