Abstract: In recent years, the incidence of gynecologic tumors has continued to rise in China. Surgery is one of the main methods to treat gynecologic tumors, but postoperative patients often face a series of complications, especially the occurrence of gastrointestinal dysfunction (PGID) is the most common. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) therapy has received widespread attention in promoting the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function through internal administration of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), warm acupuncture and moxibustion, thunder fire moxibustion, auricular acupuncture point burying beans, TCM acupoint plastering, and TCM hot omega packs. In this study, we investigated the application of TCM therapy in gastrointestinal function of postoperative gynecologic oncology patients.
