Abstract: Objective To strengthen the understanding of drug hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS) and improve the diagnosis and treatment of DIHS caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods The condition changes of a patient with DIHS caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs were reviewed, and the clinical symptoms, test indicators and disposal of the patient were analyzed in combination with the expert consensus of DIHS and related literature. Results The patient had persistent fever, delayed rash, multiple lymphadenopathy, hematological abnormalities, liver and other organ damage, which met the diagnostic criteria of DIHS. Conclusion When considering the diagnosis of DIHS, it is the key to stop all anti-tuberculosis drugs in time, mild patients can be treated with anti-allergic drugs, and severe patients can be treated with glucocorticoid, but there is no unified consensus at present, and the advantages and disadvantages should be weighed.
