According to the registration number of online recruitment, 40 college students were randomly divided into control group (n=20) and intervention group (n=20) by using random number table method. The control group received routine psychological education on sleep disorders, on the basis of routine sleep disorder psychological education, the intervention group received Baduanjin combined mindfulness-based stress reduction intervention for 8 weeks. PSQI was used to evaluate the sleep quality of the subjects in both groups. Results Before intervention, no significant differences were found in the total score of PSQI and scores of seven dimensions between the two groups. After intervention, the total score of PSQI in the intervention group was lower than that in the concurrent control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). The scores of five dimensions including subjective sleep quality sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep disturbance and daytime dysfunction in the intervention group were lower than that in the concurrent control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
