Abstract: Tumor complications and treatment-related adverse reactions seriously affect patients' treatment compliance and quality of life, and the efficacy of modern medicine needs to be improved. As a traditional external therapy of Traditional Chinese medicine, wet compress therapy has been used in clinical practice for many years, and has remarkable efficacy in preventing and treating tumor complications and treatment-related adverse effects. This paper searched the nearly 20 years of clinical studies on wet compress therapy in cancer pain, chemotherapy phlebitis, constipation, hand and foot syndrome, radiation dermatitis, and postoperative lymphedema to review its efficacy and safety and provide reference for clinical work.
