Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of applying Green's mode and early plantar stress stimulation in patients with calcaneal fractures. Methods A total of 86 patients with calcaneal fractures from July 2020 to June 2023 who were admitted in Liaocheng People's Hospital were selected, and randomly divided into the intervention group (n=43, combination of Green mode and early plantar stress stimulation intervention ) and the control group (n=43, routine care). The exercise compliance, pain level, affected foot function, and daily living ability in both groups were compared. Results In the exercise compliance, in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was higher (P<0.05). After intervention, VAS scores in both groups were decreased (P<0.05), and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was lower (P<0.05). After intervention, AOFAS scores in both groups were increased (P<0.05), and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was higher (P<0.05). After intervention, BI scores in both groups were increased (P<0.05), and in comparision of the control group, the intervention group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion :The combination of Green's mode and early plantar stress stimulation can improve exercise compliance, alleviate pain, and promote improvement of foot function and daily living ability in patients with calcaneal fractures.
