Abstract: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is considered to be a pathological condition that predates Alzheimer's disease and is characterized by impairment of cognitive function without impaired ability of daily living. In recent years, exercise therapy has been cost-effective and effective in improving mild cognitive dysfunction with few side effects, but current studies have mostly focused on the field of modern aerobic exercise. From the perspective of different traditional Chinese fitness exercises, such as Taijiquan and Baduanjin, this paper explores the intervention effects on patients with mild cognitive dysfunction and sorts out relevant research progress and limitations, with a view to providing theoretical basis for subsequent studies.
