Abstract: Objective To investigate and analysis the relationship between the expression of neutrophil Gelatinase associated lipocalin (NGAL), anti Phospholipase A2 receptor (PLA2R), urinary Retinol binding protein (RBP) and Chronic kidney disease. Methods From June 2019 to June 2023, 120 cases of patients with Chronic kidney disease diagnosed and treated in Jingjiang People's Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University were selected as the research subjects. According to the definition of chronic kidney disease and the EPI formula corrected by the Chinese population, jiang patients were divided into observation group and control group, there were 40 patients with Chronic kidney disease (stage Ⅳ to Ⅴ) judged (observation group) and 80 patients with stage Ⅰ to Ⅲ (control group) in the 120 cases. All the cases were to detect the expression of serum neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid carrier protein, anti Phospholipase A2 receptor antibody and urine Retinol binding protein, and were to detect routine indicators of renal function and carried out correlation analysis. Results The serum levels of neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid carrier protein and anti Phospholipase A2 receptor antibody in the obervation group were higher than those in the healthy group (P<0.05). The urine Retinol binding protein content, serum Blood urea nitrogen and creatinine of the obervation group was higher than that of the healthy group (P<0.05). In the obervation group, Pearson analysis showed that serum Blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine levels were positively correlated with neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid transporter, anti Phospholipase A2 receptor antibody, and urinary Retinol binding protein (P<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that serum neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid transporter, anti Phospholipase A2 receptor antibody expression and urine Retinol binding protein level were important factors leaded to clinical stages of Chronic kidney disease(P<0.05). Conclusion Most patients with Chronic kidney disease are accompanied by the increased expression of serum neutrophil Gelatinase related lipid carrier protein, anti Phospholipase A2 receptor antibody and urine Retinol binding protein, which is related to the patients'routine renal function indicators, and can also affect the progress of Chronic kidney disease.
