A Study on the Small Class System for Medical Graduate Students

Abstract: To improve the level of higher education and enhance students' learning ability and quality, small class has been widely promoted since the launch of China's higher education reform. For medical graduate education, the small class teaching model is more conducive to cultivating professional and practical elite talents, breaking the strange circle of lagging medical education, integrating clinical practice into daily teaching, and achieving dual standards of academic ability and clinical level for graduate talents. The authors were based on the small class teaching model and had been practicing for many years in the teaching of medical graduate students, gaining certain experience and achieving significant teaching results.
