Abstract: Stroke can lead to complex problems such as severe psychological pressure, functional decline, pain, and cognitive impairment. These problems not only have a profound impact on the quality of life of patients, but also cause serious troubles for their caregivers. Mindfulness-based intervention (MBI) has been proven to effectively alleviate the symptoms of various patients. However, research on MBI in stroke patients is still in its early stages. Therefore, this article delves into the effects and significance of MBI after its application in stroke patients and their caregivers, providing constructive suggestions for future research.
