Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical results of serum immunoglobulin level in hepatitis B patients. Methods 500 patients with hepatitis B admitted to Tai 'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the observation group and divided into 265 patients with cirrhosis and 235 patients without cirrhosis according to whether cirrhosis occurred.Cirrhosis was divided into groups according to the development stage of cirrhosis. Among the cirrhosis group, 140 patients were in the compensatory stage. 125 cases were decompensated, and 300 healthy persons (control group) were selected during the same period to analyze the immunoglobulin detection levels in different groups. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the observation group were significantly higher (P<0.05). The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in liver cirrhosis were significantly higher than those in non-liver cirrhosis (P<0.05). Compared with the decompensated stage, the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in the decompensated stage were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The results of serum immunoglobulin detection can be used to analyze the actual lesions of hepatitis B patients, so as to judge the damage of liver cells, and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
