Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of Qingfei Fuzheng Quyu method combined with ambroxol hydrochloride injection in the treatment of patients with bronchopneumonia and its influence on erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C-reactive protein (CRP) levels. Methods 80 bronchopneumonia patients admitted to Yantai Penglai People's Hospital from June 2018 to June 2022 were selected, and all patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride injection, and the patients in the observation group were treated with clear lung fuzheng and removing stasis method combined with ambroxol hydrochloride injection. The clinical efficacy, white blood cell count (WBC), C-reactive protein (CRP), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) expression before and after treatment were compared, and the disappearance time of lung rale/wheezing and cough were compared between the two groups Total days of fever, hospital stay and adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); There was no significant difference in the levels of WBC, ESR and CRP between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of WBC, ESR and CRP in the two groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05); The disappearance time of lung rale/wheezing, cough, total days of fever and hospital stay in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); There were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups, and there was no significant difference in the adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusion The method of Qingfei Fuzheng Quyu and ambroxol hydrochloride injection has significant effect in the treatment of bronchopneumonia pneumonia, which can further reduce the inflammatory reaction of the patient, reduce the clinical symptoms as soon as possible, and promote the early recovery of the patient, with high safety and no obvious adverse reactions.
