Abstract: Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of Qianjin Weijing Decoction in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (phlegm-heat closing lung syndrome) and its effect on serum factors. Methods A total of 126 cases of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Shandong University Affiliated Children's Hospital from December 2018 to December 2020 were divided into groups by random number table method, with 63 cases in each group. Both groups received basic treatment, and the observation group was treated with Qianjin Weijin decoction plus Jiawei prescription, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher total clinical efficiency, and the disappearance time of major symptoms was shortened, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the TCM syndrome score and serum factor value were lower in the observation group (P<0.05). There was no obvious gastrointestinal reaction or liver and kidney dysfunction in the two groups, and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Qianjin Weijing Decoction has a good clinical effect in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (phlegm-heat closed lung syndrome), significantly shortens the recovery time of main symptoms, regulates serum factor levels, and has no obvious adverse reactions during the medication period, and its safety is acceptable.
