Abstract: Objective To explore the characteristics of Director Kong Fanfen's use of the idea of "preventive treatment" in the prevention and treatment of anorectal diseases. Methods Through literature research combined with clinical data, the application of "preventive treatment" in anorectal diseases was sorted out from the aspects of prevention and treatment. Results The idea of "preventive treatment" guides the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of anorectal diseases, which is mainly reflected in the three aspects of prevention before disease, prevention of degeneration of existing diseases, and prevention after ulceration. Conclusion It is of great value and significance to fully apply the idea of "preventive treatment" to all stages of the prevention and treatment of anorectal diseases, and to prevent and control the occurrence, development and change of anorectal diseases.
