Abstract: Objective To study and analyze the efficacy of Fumigation and Washing combined with Phototherapy in the treatment of neonatal jaundice and its impact on NSE and MBP levels. Methods A total of 100 children with neonatal jaundice treated in Cangzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects. The children were randomly numbered, with the odd number set as the control group, and the even number set as the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. On the basis of blue light treatment, the control group took Yinzhihuang oral liquid for treatment, and the observation group received yellow withdrawal protocol for fumigation treatment. Observe and compare the bilirubin values, average daily sleep time and crying times, NSE and MBP levels before and after treatment, and family satisfaction of patients after treatment. Results There was no significant difference in percutaneous bilirubin values between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), and the percutaneous bilirubin values decreased at 24 h, 48 h and 72 h after treatment, and the observation group decreased more than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); After treatment, the sleep time in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the average crying frequency was lower than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of NSE and MBP between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of NSE and MBP in both groups decreased, and after treatment, the levels of NSE and MBP in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05); After treatment, The satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Fumigation and washing combined with phototherapy have significant therapeutic effects on neonatal jaundice, improving children's sleep quality, reducing crying behavior, and reducing NSE and MBP levels.
