Abstract: Objective The effects of mesalazine combined with a new rehabilitation solution on the levels of interleukin 1 (IL-1), interleukin-8 (IL-8), tumour necrosis factor- α (TNF-α), and T cell subsets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis disease was analyzed. Methods 41 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital in recent years (2019.1-2021.5) were taken as the observation objects, divided into the observation group according to the random number table method (mesalazine combined with new rehabilitation solution, 21 patients) and controls (mesalazine, In 20 cases), The clinical efficacy, adverse effects (nausea, constipation, dizziness), inflammatory factor levels of IL (IL-1, IL-8, TNF-α), T cell subsets [leukocyte differentiation antigen (CD8+), natural killer cells (NK), T helper cells / T killer cells (CD4+/CD8+)] were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the incidence of IL-1, IL-8, TNF-α, CD8+, NK, CD4+/CD8+ and that of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, the clinical efficacy was higher, and the comparison was statistically significant different (P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of ulcerative colitis patients, treatment with mesalazine combined with rehabilitation new solution can significantly improve the efficacy and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after disease treatment. Compared with mesalazine alone, it can improve the immune function and reduce inflammatory symptoms.
