Application Effect of Fast Rehabilitation Nursing in the Perioperative Period of Abdominal Hysterectomy

Abstract

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of abdominal hysterectomy. Methods A total of 100 patients with abdominal hysterectomy who were admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group, the control group received routine nursing, and the experimental group received rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the control group. Nursing satisfaction, feeding time, exhaust time, defecation time, getting out of bed time, suture removal time, discharge time and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). The time of liquid food intake, exhaust time, defecation time, time to get out of bed, time to remove sutures, and time to discharge in the experimental group were significantly shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing for patients undergoing abdominal hysterectomy can shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and improve patient satisfaction
