Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of standardized treatment in the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus, and to explore its influence on the pregnancy outcome of the patients. Methods A total of 114 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to the Department of Obstetrics, Pingyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects, and were divided into control group and standard group according to random number table method, with 57 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine treatment, and the standard group was treated with standardized treatment. Blood glucose index, fasting insulin (FINS), insulin resistance index (HOMA-IR), islet β cell function index (HOMA-β), natural delivery rate and the incidence of adverse events in delivery and Perinatal infant were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The fasting blood glucose (FPG),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 hPG),and glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) indexes of the patients in the standard group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); HOMA-β in the standard group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The natural childbirth rate in standard group was significantly higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The incidence of adverse birth events and perinatal events in normative group were lower than those in control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusions tandardized treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus is very effective and can improve the pregnancy outcome of patients. It deservesclinical application.
