Abstract: Objective To study the effect of alteplase combined with butylphthalide on cerebral vascular reserve function and hemodynamics in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 108 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Laiyang Central Hospital from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the study objects. After admission, all patients were divided into groups according to random number table method. Both groups were given routine treatments, such as blood lipid, blood pressure control, neuronutrition, free radical elimination, etc. Each group included 54 cases. In the control group, the patients were treated with antithrombotic regimen of alteplase and the patients in the study group were treated with antithrombotic regimen of alteplase combined with butylphthalide. The purpose of this study was to investigate the cerebral vascular reserve function and the role of hemodynamics. Results After treatments, the indexes of cerebrovascular reserve function in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the indexes of mean cerebral blood flow and mean cerebral blood flow velocity in the infarcted area in the study group were higher than those in the Hemodynamics group, the indexes of specific impedance and cerebral vascular resistance were lower in the study group than those in the control group, the degree of neurological impairment in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of activities of daily living (Adl) was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Alteplase combined with butylphthalide can significantly improve the cerebral vascular reserve function and hemodynamics function in patients with cerebral infarction. It can effectively alleviate the oxidative stress injury of patients, and is beneficial to the improvement of neurological function and the improvement of the ability of daily living, with feasible treatment.
