Abstract: Molecular targeted drugs have become an important drug in the treatment of many tumors. However, skin toxicity is the main toxic side effect that occurs when targeted drugs exert anti-tumor efficacy, which seriously affects the quality of life of tumor patients during treatment. Therefore, alleviating the adverse reactions is particularly important for improving the treatment tolerance and quality of life of patients. From the clinical manifestation and evolution of skin toxicity, it is consistent with the evolution of warm and heat disease. The comprehensive diagnosis and treatment system of Wei Qi Ying Blood syndrome differentiation in febrile disease was adopted to carry out the "transparent method" thinking throughout the whole process of diagnosis and treatment, and achieved good clinical efficacy, providing the whole TCM intervention treatment idea for the treatment of targeted drug skin toxicity and improving the quality of life of tumor patients.
