Consideration of Factors Influencing the Induction Effect of Hegu-Sanyinjiao (LI4-SP6) Acupoint Group

Abstract: This article summarizes the contemporary clinical and experimental research on the utilization of the Hegu-Sanyinjiao (LI4-SP6) acupoint combination for the purpose of inducing labor. It explores the application of this technique in inducing labor during the latter stages of pregnancy, aiding in drug-induced abortions during early pregnancy, and facilitating the expulsion of residue within the uterine cavity. It analyzes the stimulation parameters and mechanism research of acupuncture induction, and discusses the influencing factors such as the body's condition, acupuncture point combination, and acupuncture methods that affect its induction effect.
