Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of feeding forward control nursing in pediatric nebulized inhalation nursing. Methods A total of 100 children treated with nebulized inhalation therapy were selected to carry out this clinical practice study, and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 50 cases in each group, the control group should be treated with routine nursing, and the children in the observation group should be fed forward control nursing, and the two groups of children were compared with the compliance of aerosol inhalation, standardized action, adverse event rate during aerosol inhalation, and the improvement time of cough, sputum production, pulmonary rales and other symptoms. Results The compliance and regularity of aerosol inhalation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the incidence of adverse events during nebulization inhalation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the improvement time of cough, sputum production and pulmonary rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application effect of feed-forward control nursing in pediatric nebulization inhalation nursing is remarkable, which can not only improve the compliance and action standardization of nebulization inhalation in children, thereby improving their nursing effect, but also reduce the incidence of adverse events during nebulization inhalation, which is worthy of clinical application.
