Exploration and Practice of Physiology Teaching Based on the Mode of “Operantional Conditioned Reflex”

Abstract: Objective Construct the teaching mode of “operant conditioned reflex” which conforms to the physiology course of higher vocational colleges. Applied to the physiology teaching of nursing specialty(1+1+1). Methods 112 students majoring in nursing (1+1+1) of Grade 2022 were randomly selected as research objects, and the control group was taught by traditional teaching methods, while the experimental group was taught in a teaching mode based on “operant conditioned reflex”. The theoretical knowledge and experimental operation of the two groups of students were assessed, and the assessment results of the two groups of students were compared. The psychological changes of burnout between the two groups were compared by questionnaire. Results The physiology teaching mode based on “operant conditioned reflex” mode can effectively reduce students' burnout psychology. The experimental group students' theoretical and experimental test scores were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The physiology teaching mode based on “operant conditioned reflex” mode can improve students' performance in various tests and effectively improve the quality of physiology teaching.
