Exploration and Practice of“Quartet” Teaching Supervision in Clinical Teaching of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital

Abstract: Teaching supervision is an important means to ensure the quality of teaching in affiliated hospitals of medical colleges and universities. The Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine affiliated Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese medicine, through practice and exploration in recent years, the teaching supervision mode of“Quartet” is put forward to perfect the system of teaching supervision, the construction of teaching staff, the content of work and the evaluation standard, and the teaching supervision of“Quartet” in four directions is detailed, we should quickly and effectively improve the hospital teaching supervision mechanism, promote the further standardization and rationalization of hospital clinical teaching, and improve the quality of hospital clinical teaching.To make beneficial exploration for clinical teaching and reform in TCM Hospital.
