The Stepped Dietary Care Program Based on the Theory of Food Restoration on Immune Function and Children with Allergic Purpura Nutritional Status of Children with Allergic Purpura

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of ladder diet nursing program based on the theory of food restoration on immune function and nutritional status of children with anaphylactoid purpura. Methods 87 children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into two groups by random drawing. 43 children in the control group were treated with routine nursing; In the observation group, 44 children were treated with a stepwise diet nursing program based on the theory of food recovery on the basis of the control group, and the immune function and nutritional status of the two groups were compared. Results The immune function of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the nutritional status of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The ladder diet nursing program of feeding complex theory for children with anaphylactoid purpura can improve their immune function and nutritional status, and can be applied to children with anaphylactoid purpura.
