Methods From January 2018 to December 2018, 50 patients with endometrial cancer in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Yanggu County People’s Hospital of Liaocheng City were selected as the research objects. According to the odd and even number of patients’ hospitalization number, they were divided into the observation group (25 cases, treated with hysteroscopic resection combined with Mirena) and the control group (25 cases, treated with hysteroscopic resection). The diagnosis and treatment and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared The occurrence, diagnosis and treatment effect should be considered. Results Compared with the control group, the total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower, the total effective rate was higher, the data comparison was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in uterine volume between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The use of hysteroscopic electrotomy combined with Mirena in the treatment of endometrial patients can improve the overall diagnosis and treatment effect, improve the clinical symptoms such as abnormal vaginal bleeding, promote the recovery speed of fertility function, and help patients to have a successful pregnancy.

Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with primary Sjogren’s syndrome of spleen-deficiency and collateral obstruction type were selected from January 2019 to October 2020 for retrospective analysis, and they were divided into the observation group (50 cases were treated with Jianpi Tunzao Tongluo Decoction) and the control group (50 cases were treated with conventional western medicine according to different treatment methods. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the differences in TCM syndrome scores before and after treatment and the disease activity index were compared, and the differences in the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment of the two groups were counted. Results The observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the improvement of the TCM syndrome score and disease activity index of the observation group before and after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of the observation group The rate was significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with conventional western medicine treatment, Jianpi Runzao Tongluo Decoction has higher efficacy and safety, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of Sjogren’s syndrome, and is worthy of popularization.
