Abstract: Medical graduate students are an important force in medical research, and also an important reserve for cultivating high-level innovative medical talents. The fundamental task of medical education is to strengthen the construction layout and support of medical related disciplines, and cultivate high-level, compound medical talents with international perspectives. In this context, exploring how to improve the comprehensive quality of academic graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine is a key issue in cultivating high-level medical innovative talents. This article takes the Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnostics at Hunan University of Chinese Medicine as an example to explore the feasibility of improving the comprehensive quality of academic graduate students in traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics through an open sharing platform that combines laboratories with shareable digital academic resources, as well as a training model that combines industry university research cooperation, subject competitions, and humanistic quality education, Intended to provide a basis and reference for the promotion of this educational model.
