Clinical Effect of Fine Management Applied in Nursing Safety Management of Infection Department

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effect of fine management in nursing safety management of infection department. Method 150 patients and 14 nursing staff admitted to the department of infectious Diseases of lanzhou lung hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and included in the control group and the study group respectively from January to December 2021 and January to December 2022, with 75 patients each, to compare the management effect. Results The incidence of risk events in the research group is lower than that in the control group (P<0.05); the nursing quality score of the research group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); the occupational quality of life scores of nursing staff in the research group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of fine management in the nursing safety management of the department of infectious diseases can reduce the incidence of risk events, with significant effect.
