Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Gualoupi Injection combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets on total myocardial ischemic load and QT dispersion in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. Methods A total of 140 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as research subjects. All patients were divided into observation group and control group using random number table method, with 70 patients in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with rosuvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment, while patients in the observation group were treated with Gualoupi Injection and rosuvastatin calcium tablets on the basis of conventional treatment. The degree of angina pain, daily attack frequency, duration of each session, and daily nitroglycerin consumption of patients in the two groups were compared after treatment. The total myocardial ischemic load, QT dispersion, and changes in cardiac function were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The pain score, daily attack frequency, duration of each episode, and daily nitroglycerin dosage in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the total myocardial ischemic load, QTd, and QTcd in both groups decreased, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the 6-minute walking distance and LVEF of patients in both groups increased, and the BNP level in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the BNP level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Gualoupi Injection combined with rosuvastatin calcium tablets has a significant therapeutic effect on patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris, which can improve the number and frequency of angina pectoris attacks, alleviate pain, improve the total myocardial ischemia load and QT dispersion in patients, and enhance cardiac function. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
