Abstract: Objective To observe the clinical effect of graphene light wave energy sweat room therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion on insomnia after stroke. Methods Using a completely randomized controlled method, 60 patients with post-stroke insomnia hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were divided into control group and treatment group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture, and the treatment group was treated with graphene light wave energy sweat chamber therapy on the basis of ordinary acupuncture. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Inventory (PSQI) of the two groups of patients was recorded before and 21 days after treatment, respectively Athens Insomnia Scale (AIS) and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS)score were used to evaluate the sleep quality of patients and the recovery of various stroke indicators. Results After 21 days of treatment, the PSQI score, AIS score, and NIHSS score of both groups decreased compared to before treatment (P<0.01), and the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05). After 21 days of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Both graphene light wave energy sweat steaming room therapy and ordinary acupuncture treatment can effectively improve sleep and neurological function in stroke patients, but graphene light wave energy sweat steaming room therapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture treatment.
