新医科背景下高校专业课教师课程思政教学现状与思考

摘要: 目的 对高校专业课教师课程思政现况进行调查,为提高其课程思政能力和素质提供理论依据。方法 本研究为横断面调查研究,采取方便抽样法,采用《高校专业课教师实践课程思政的实况调查问卷》,通过问卷调查及访谈的方式对671名在校学生进行调查并分析总结高校专业课教师课程思政有待解决的问题。结果 83.61%的学生认为学校结合思想政治教育开展专业课,80.33%学生知道该校学校开设有思想政治教育意义的通识课,39.34%的学生表示在专业课大部分考试考评过学生思想、态度、价值观变化方面;专业课教师会就社会问题谈论自己的观点,对学生提出的社会问题或思想问题进行解答,对大学生当前存在的现实思想状况进行课堂剖析,积极实施课程思政;在课堂育人方式中最常采用的方式为利用案例资料讲述;96.72%的学生认为高素质人才培养具有重要性;高校要加强人文关怀和心理疏导,培育学生理性平和的健康心态与专业课教师有关联。结论 该校相关思政课程与考核内容范围有待扩大;教师思政意识已有所提升,在讲授专业课程中已经加入了思政元素,但其思政意识和能力需要进一步加强。应重视高校专业课教师课程思政教学意识及立德树人的重要举措,促进专业课与思政有机结合。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of ideological and political courses of professional teachers in colleges and universities, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving their ideological and political ability and quality of courses. Methods This research is a cross-sectional survey, using the convenience sampling method, using the “Factual Survey Questionnaire on the Ideological and Political Practice of Professional Course Teachers in Colleges and Universities”, through questionnaires and interviews, 671 students are surveyed and analyzed and summarized. Curriculum ideological and political problems to be solved. Results 83.61% of the students believed that the school combined ideological and political education to carry out professional courses, 80.33% of the students knew that the school offered general courses with the significance of ideological and political education, and 39.34% of the students said that most of the examinations in the professional courses had evaluated students' thoughts, attitudes and values. In terms of changes, professional course teachers will talk about their own views on social issues, answer social or ideological questions raised by students, conduct classroom analysis of the current ideological situation of college students, and actively implement curriculum ideology and politics; in the way of classroom education The most commonly used method is to use case data to tell; 96.72% of students believe that the importance of high-quality personnel training; if colleges and universities should strengthen humanistic care and psychological counseling, and cultivate students' rational and peaceful healthy attitude, it is related to professional teachers. Conclusion The scope of relevant ideological and political courses and assessment content in the school needs to be expanded; teachers' ideological and political awareness has been improved, and ideological and political elements have been added to teaching professional courses, but their ideological and political awareness and ability need to be further strengthened. Attention should be paid to the ideological and political teaching awareness of professional course teachers in colleges and universities and the important measures to build morality and cultivate people, and promote the organic combination of professional courses and ideological and political courses.
