虚拟现实训练联合中医养生疗法对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响

Effect of Virtual Reality Training Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Therapy on Neurological Function in Patients with Cerebral Infarction

摘要: 目的 探讨虚拟现实训练联合中医养生疗法对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响。方法 选择2019年11月~2021年11月在宿州市中医院诊治的60例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据1∶1平行对照原则把患者分为研究组与对照组,每组30例。对照组给予虚拟现实训练,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上给予中医养生疗法,两组治疗观察时间均为12周,比较两组患者的神经功能变化情况,治疗前后认知功能评分及上肢运动功能、安全性。结果 治疗后研究组的神功功能总有效率高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后研究组与对照组的简易精神状态检查量表(Mini-MentalState Examination,MMSE)评分均明显高于治疗前,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组与对照组的上肢功能Fugl-Meyer运动功能评估量表(Fugl-Meyer Assessment,FMA)评分均明显高于治疗前,研究组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗期间的非症状性脑出血、症状性脑出血并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 虚拟现实训练联合中医养生疗法应用于脑梗死患者能改善认知功能,促进患者的神经功能恢复,能改善上肢功能,减少并发症的发生。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effects of virtual reality training combined with traditional Chinese medicine health therapy on the neurological function of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From November 2019 to November 2021, 60 cases of patients with cerebral infarction diagnosed and treated in Suzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects, and the patients were divided into 30 cases in the study group and 30 cases in the control group accorded to the principle of 1:1 parallel control. The control group were given virtual reality training, and the study group were given traditional Chinese medicine health therapy on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The observation time of two groups were 12 weeks, and the neurological function changes, cognitive function scores, upper limb motor function and safety before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of magic function in the study group was higher than the control group, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). After treatment, the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) scores of the study group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the study group was also significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the Fugl-Meyer Assessment (FMA) scores of upper limb function in the study group and the control group were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the study group was also significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications such as non-symptomatic cerebral hemorrhage and symptomatic cerebral hemorrhage during treatment in the study group wassignificantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of virtual reality training combined with traditional Chinese medicine health therapy in patients with cerebral infarction can improve cognitive function, promote the recovery of patients’ neurological function, improve cognitive function and reduce complications.
