益肾明目方联合注射用血栓通对青光眼患者的生活质量及血清Endothelin-1水平的影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的探讨益肾明目方联合注射用血栓通对青光眼患者的生活质量及血清内皮素-1（Endothelin-1）水平的影响。方法回顾性选择2018年8月~2021年12月在南京中医药大学附属常熟医院眼科诊治的青光眼患者60例,根据治疗方法把患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例。对照组给予注射用血栓通治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益肾明目方治疗,两组均治疗观察3个月,观察与记录两组患者最佳矫正视力总有效率、眼压与前房深度变化、并发症发生情况、生活质量及血清Endothelin-1变化情况。结果治疗组治疗后的最佳矫正视力总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗组与对照组治疗后的眼压明显低于治疗前（P<0.05）,中央前房深度明显高于治疗前（P<0.05）,治疗后治疗组的眼压低于对照组（P<0.05）,中央前房深度高于对照组（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗期间的角膜上皮水肿、前房渗出、前房出血等并发症发生率为3.33%,与对照组的26.67%相比明显降低（P<0.05）。治疗组与对照组治疗后的血清Endothelin-1含量明显低于治疗前（P<0.05）,治疗组与对照组相比也明显降低（P<0.05）。治疗组治疗后的生活满意度、心理健康、情感健康等生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论益肾明目方联合注射用血栓通在青光眼患者中应用具有很好的安全性,能减少并发症的发生,促进降低眼压,提高患者的最佳矫正视力与中央前房深度,还能促进降低血清Endothelin-1含量,提高患者的生活质量。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effect of Yishen Mingmu Recipe combined with Xueshuantong for injection on the quality of life and serum Endothelin-1 level in patients with glaucoma. Methods FA total of 60 glaucoma patients who were diagnosed and treated in the Department of Ophthalmology, Changshu Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2018 to December 2021 were retrospectively selected as the research subjects. According to the treatment methods, the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group with 30 cases each group. The patients in the control group was treated with Xueshuantong for injection, and the treatment group was treated with Yishen Mingmu Recipe on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated and observed for 3 months, total effective rate of best corrected vision, intraocular pressure, changes in anterior chamber depth, complications,the quality of life and serum Endothelin-1 status were observed and recorded. Results The total effective rate of the best corrected visual acuity in the treatment group after treatment was 96.67%, which was higher than that in the control group, which was 83.33%, but there was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05). The intraocular pressure of the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the depth of the central anterior chamber was significantly higher than that before treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the intraocular pressure of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05), and the depth of the central anterior chamber was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence rates of corneal epithelial edema, anterior chamber exudation, hyphema during treatment in the treatment group was 3.33%, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.67%),(P<0.05). The serum ET-1 content in the treatment group and the control group after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the treatment group was also significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of life satisfaction, mental health, emotional health and other quality of life in the treatment group after treatment were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Yishen Mingmu Recipe combined with Xueshuantong for injection in patients with glaucoma has good safety, can reduce the occurrence of complications, promote the reduction of intraocular pressure, and improve the best corrected visual acuity and central anterior chamber depth of patients. It can also promote the reduction of serum Endothelin-1 content and improve the quality of life of patients.
