中医养生学“卓越医生培养计划2.0”的探究——以贵州中医药大学卓越医生培养实践为例

Exploration of the “Excellent Physician Training Program 2.0” in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Preservation: A Case Study of the Excellent Physician Training Practice at Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine

摘要: 2018年三部委联合下发《关于加强医教协同实施卓越医生教育培养计划2.0的意见》以来,各大高校在卓越医生培养计划2.0的改革实践上取得了一定成果,目前国内中医养生学专业在“卓越医生培养计划2.0”尚处于初步探索阶段。本研究以贵州中医药大学为例,围绕卓越医生内涵建设、中医养生学“卓越医生”的培养现状及培养实践进行了分析,提出提高人文素养、深化课程改革、健全人才培养体系、完善实践教学体系及创新教学模式等人才培养思路,旨在为中医养生学专业卓越医生培养计划提供借鉴。

Abstract: Since the joint issuance of the "Opinions on Strengthening the Implementation of the Excellent Physician Education and Training Program 2.0" by the three ministries in 2018, major universities have achieved certain results in the reform and practice of the Excellent Physician Training Program 2.0.Currently,the discipline of TCM and Health Preservation is still in the initial exploration stage of the 'Excellent Physician Training Program 2.0' in China. Taking Guizhou University of TCM as an example, this study analyzes the construction of the connotation of excellent physicians, the current situation and practice of training “excellent physicians” in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Preservation.It proposes ideas for talent cultivation, including improving humanistic literacy, deepening curriculum reform, improving talent training systems, enhancing practical teaching systems, and innovating teaching models. The aim of this study is to provide reference for the Excellent Physician Training Program in the field of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Health Preservation.
