导师制与PBL、CBL教学法融合:提升神经内科住培教学质量的新探索

Application of Tutorial System Combined with PBL and CBL Teaching Methods in Standardized Training of Resident Neurology Physicians

摘要: 目的 研究在神经内科住培教学中,整合导师制与问题驱动型教学法(PBL)、案例基础教学法(CBL)的教育成效。方法 选择2022年9月—2023年8月在山东第二医科大学附属医院神经内科住培轮转的58名住培医师作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将所有医师分为观察组和对照组,每组29名。观察组采用导师制联合PBL、CBL教学,对照组采用PBL+CBL教学,对两组住培医师进行理论考核、操作实践考核,同时对住院医师的满意度和兴趣水平进行研究。结果 观察组在理论考试、临床操作及对教学的满意度和兴趣方面,相较于对照组具有显著优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 导师制联合PBL、CBL教学能显著提高学员理论、实践学习成绩和教学满意度,有利于提高住培教学质量。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application effect of the tutorial system combined with problem-based teaching method(PBL) and case-based teaching method(CBL) on the standardized training of neurology residents. Methods Physicians studying in the Department of Neurology, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from September 2022 to August 2023 were selected as study subjects. According to Random number method they were divided into observation group and control group. The observation group adopted the tutorial system+PBL+CBL teaching method, while the control group adopted the PBL+CBL teaching method. Then the theory and practice of the two groups were assessed, and the degree of satisfaction and interest were investigated. Results Compared with the control group, the theoretical test scores, clinical practice test scores, satisfaction and/or interest degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The tutorial system combined with PBL and CBL teaching can significantly improve students’ assessment results, learning effects and teaching satisfaction,which is conducive to the improvement of clinical teaching quality.
