0~4 ℃的1%冰柠檬水喷雾缓解鼻内镜手术术后患者口渴的效果观察

Effect of 1% Iced Lemonade Spray at 0 ~4℃on Relieving Thirst in Patients after Nasal Endoscopic Surgery

摘要: 目的 评价0~4 ℃的1%冰柠檬水喷雾对缓解鼻内镜手术术后患者口渴的效果。方法 采用便利抽样法,选取2023年3月—2023年8月在福建省漳州市医院耳鼻喉科住院的144例患者作为研究对象,按照入院时间先后顺序,将2023年3月—2023年5月采用常规护理的患者设为对照组,2023年6月—2023年8月采用冰柠檬水喷雾的患者设为试验组。比较两组患者干预前及干预后0.5 h、2 h、4 h、6 h的口渴评分、口腔黏膜湿度分级及护理服务满意度评分。结果 干预前,两组患者口渴评分和口腔黏膜湿度分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后0.5 h、2 h、4 h、6 h,试验组患者口渴评分均低于对照组(P组间<0.001),且试验组患者口渴评分随时间逐渐降低(P组间<0.001),组别与时间存在交互作用(P交互<0.001)。试验组患者口腔黏膜湿度分级和护理服务满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 0~4 ℃的1%冰柠檬水喷雾较常规棉签湿化口唇更能有效减轻口渴程度,提高患者口腔黏膜湿润度及护理服务满意度。

Abstract: Objective To evaluate the effect of 1% iced lemonade spray at 0 ℃~4 ℃ on relieving thirst in patients after nasal endoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 144 inpatients in the otolaryngology department of a Grade A hospital in Fujian Province from March to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects by convenience sampling method. According to the order of admission time, patients receiving routine care from March to May 2023 were set as the control group, and those receiving iced lemonade spray from June to August 2023 were set as the test group. The scores of thirst, oral mucosa humidity and nursing service satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention at 0.5 h, 2 h, 4 h and 6 h. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in thirst score and oral mucosa humidity classification between 2 groups (P>0.05). At 0.5 h, 2 h, 4 h and 6 h after intervention, the thirst score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.001), and the thirst score of the experimental group gradually decreased with time (P<0.001), and there was an interaction between the groups and time (P<0.001). The oral mucosa moisture grade and nursing service satisfaction of experimental group were better than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion 1% iced lemon water spray at 0~4 ℃ can effectively reduce thirst, improve oral mucosa wetness and nursing service satisfaction compared with conventional cotton swabs.
